ENQUIRY SHEET · TELL US WHAT IT'S DOING

Make an enquiry

The more you can tell us, the better prepared we arrive: what you heard, what the door does when you try it, roughly how old it is, and when your household is up and about. Photos help a lot; three fit on this sheet.

What kind of job is it?

No phone number on the site yet? That's deliberate while we set up: the form is the channel, a person reads every enquiry, and we call you back to sort the rest. Your details go nowhere except toward doing this job; see privacy.

What happens next

  • A person reads it. Not a ticket system; a person who knows what "bang then dead" means.
  • You get a call back. We'll ask the two or three questions the sheet couldn't, and agree the visit and the figure before anyone drives anywhere.
  • Faults are quoted on site before work starts. New doors get a measure and a written fixed quote. No dollar figures live on this website; the real ones go to you directly.
